- At first glance it seemed absolutely ridiculous to have an article on a section of a highway but after looking at U.S. Route 30 I see it is common. Coming from the UK this seems totally pointless, granted it is a large highway but still... └and-rew┘┌talk┐ 20:44, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

- A1 road (London) exists. Though not nearly as old as the A1, US 30 is a relatively historic road in Nebraska (it was part of the Lincoln Highway), and can certainly be fleshed out. Interstate 15 in Arizona shows that even a 30-mile section can have a decent-sized article. --NE2 23:54, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
